MTI offers a New Driver Evaluation program that will put each hiring candidate through a thorough skills evaluation. The program will assess the candidates' abilities in the following key areas:

• Adverse conditions

The evaluation will be carried out by the simulator and is completely objective. The simulator measures the driver's actions and provides an unbiased report.

The Driver Evaluation package does not require the use of a company truck, allowing your trucks to stay on the road where they are earning money.
